General Questions:

How can I return/exchange an Item?

We understand that sometimes the items we love the most, just don't work out. No worries, check out or returns & exchanges policy to get that sorted out.


Can I return Final Sale items?

Sorry! Items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.


Do you get items back in stock?

We have limited quantities for each of our selected pieces in order to keep inventory fresh and new, but we do restock our most popular pieces. If you see something you love and it is out of stock, simply contact us and we will let you know if it will be coming back!


I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?

Please contact us and we will reset the password for you and send you an email with password reset instructions.


Can I create a wishlist?

Yes! Just go to the item you wish and click ‘Add to wishlist’. You will be prompted to create an account to keep track of your wish list and email it to whomever you wish!


Can I send a gift?

Yes! You are able to buy gifts for family and friends. Just specify that the order is a gift at checkout. Price will not be shown, but they will get a gift receipt.


I received a damaged item. What’s next?

In the rare occasion this happens, before mailing us the package, please contact us for further guidance.


Why don't I get Wild Fae’s emails?

In order to receive information about the latest arrivals, fun features, sales, and contests sign up to our newsletter. If you’ve already subscribed and aren’t receiving the emails, please let us know, and we will ensure you are added to our newsletter.


An item that I love is out of stock! What can I do?

Sign up for our newsletter, or follow us on Istagram, Facebook, or Twitter! We’ll notify you of restock items through these channels.


Can I get an Item in a different size? 

If you don't see the size you want on the product page, it means that it is out of stock in that particular size. There is a chance we might be restocking that particular item, so feel free to inquire by contacting us


What forms of payment do you take?

We accept all major credit cards, including Paypal.


How do I use my promo code?

Type your promo code below on the check out page. Please be sure to create a Wild Fae account before placing your order for further ease of code use.


How can I get a better Idea if a garment will fit?

Read the product description. We let you know of an items measurements, as well as if they come in a lose or tight fit.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive email notifications. The first one would be the order notification with a link to your order status page where you can click it to keep updated. Once the fulfillment is processed, you will receive a fulfillment notification that will include your tracking number so you can follow the status of where the package is :)

You can also log in to your account and check the order status page. Feel free to contact us to check on your order status as well.


How much is shipping to ... ?

All US orders over $50 receive free shipping! US orders under $50 have a flat rate shipping of $3.99. For International shipping, we have a flat rate of $19.99. To Canada, it is $15.


How long till I receive my order?

Processing your order takes 1 - 2 business days. Once shipped, Standard shipping takes anywhere from 1 to 3 business days. Note: If billing address does not match your shipping address, we might contact you for further verification.
